CARE
All Blue Spirit Quilts products are unique and handmade with lots of care and love. All fabrics used have been previously machine washed and line dried to avoid color loss, fabric bleeds and shrinking.
Now that you have your lovely Quilt in your hands, you want to take proper care of it to last a lifetime. Here´s how.
CLEANING RECOMMENDATIONS
I always recommend hand washing your quilt, that is the best way. Just make sure the area your using is clean.Submerge the quilt in cold water and dye-free detergent and leave it there for about 10-15 minutes, agitating it a couple of times. After that, drain the water and fill again with fresh water until all the detergent is gone. Finally, air dry your Quilt, but try to avoid direct sunlight so the colors will keep vibrant for longer.
Most quilts can handle repeated laundering every once in a while, specially if they are machine quilted. Just try not to do it too often, keep in mind that it is a handcrafted piece that needs special care.
If you opt for that, I recommend cold machine wash on gentle cycle, using gentle detergent and Shout Color Catchers (if you´re still worry about fabric dye bleeding).
For machine drying, always do it on low heat and don´t dry it all the way, just until it´s damp, then just let it air dry. It can also be ironed in cotton setting or low heat.
NOTE: Do not use bleach. BSQ will not be responsible for any damage or alteration after purchase.

All BSQ products are shipped and handled by USPS Mail Standard Service, USPS Mail International Service and Correos de Mexico depending on the shipping destination.
All rates may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the package. All shipping orders are available for tracking your package on the USPS and Correos de Mexico websites.
*All orders will be shipped once the payment is complete and confirmed via e-mail by BSQ. If there are any payment issues, I will let you know asap.
NOTE: Blue Spirit Quilts will not be responsible for any extra importation charges that your country may charge upon delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Blue Spirit Quilts is proud of the quality of every product and hopefully you’ll be very pleased with your purchase. If that is not case, please get in touch with me via the Contact form or send me an e-mail to bluespiritquilts@gmail.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
All BSQ products are refundable except custom-made orders. The product has to be in the original condition, unused, with all original packaging, labels and tags; and has to be sent back within 3-5 business days.
*Refunds will be issued once the product has been returned, but please keep in mind that all shipping, handling and Pay Pal charges will not be covered by Blue Spirit Quilts.
NOTE: Custom-made orders are not refundable.
CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS
If you wish to purchase any of the products in the shop that are marked as “Upon Request" you can request a Custom-made order with the previous knowledge that fabrics and colors will vary. In that case, the pattern and size will be the same but colors and fabrics will change (adapted to your liking).
The reason for that is because every Blue Spirit Quilts product is unique and has been made specially for you, so, thank you for understanding. Please keep in mind that I will always do my best to make the perfect BSQ for you.

IMPORTANT
I do not resize any of the Blue Spirit Quilts products nor Quilt Patterns. All items in the shop have the size information clearly listed in the product description and cannot be altered. Thanks for understanding.
